Work Level 4 – Supervisor

As a supervisor, you’re now starting to become responsible for other employees and need to take on extra responsibilities. Your manager knows you can be relied on to do your job and has asked you to get involved in training new employees. He needs you to be a good role model for newer employees by keeping to your high work standards.
