This lesson we’ll be looking at advertising.
Get prepared for the lesson by looking at some advertising vocabulary from ESL Flow.com.
We’ll go over the answers at the start of the lesson.
You’ll need to book a lesson to take part in this lesson.
You’ll receive an activity sheet after the lesson to help review and summarize the lesson.
To write answers on these PDFs: 1) download Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, 2) Tools -> Fill & Sign.
As a follow up activity, you can again find adverts online and this time compare them using language from the lesson.
- Run a Google search for ‘advert’ and a product/service/company of your choice (e.g. ‘mobile phones’ / ‘insurance’ / ‘McDonalds’) and click on the ‘Images’ tag.
- Select 2 adverts promoting the same product/service/company and compare them.
- Bring both adverts (or links to them) to the next lesson to present.
